The weather finally cooperated and gave us a pretty nice day,
a bit windy, but overall it was darn nice for March in Wyoming. We had wonderful
support from the shooters, with shooters from Cody, Torrington, Saratoga,
Pavillion and of course Casper attending. Mr. Huckfeldt was consistent in both
events, thus he was the HOA winner over the two events. Chris Boger took a while
to warm up, but he was hot in the afternoon event, taking the Event Champion in
the afternoon. Thank you to all the shooters who attended, I hope you enjoyed it
as much as we did and hope to see you again soon.
Thank you to Tony Henman, Kim Henderson and Bob Korzdorfer for their
setting up the course, I think everyone enjoyed the birds and the presentations,
oh there was some mumbling and a few curses, but it was all in good taste! Well
done guys.
Lunch of Pizza, Lasagna and desert was available thanks to the hard work of Mr.
& Mrs. Frank Downs, thank you both!
Thanks to Bo Bohannon, Kim Henderson, Frank Downs, Leroy Meador, Bob Wimpenny,
Joe Stansfield, Don Brust and probably a few others who all pitched in and
helped in the scoring, pulling, and range duties, could not have done it with
out you!
Hope to see you all on April 10th, for the first Sporting Clays shoot of the
season. We will see if we can come up with some more fun and devious birds for
ya!
