What a way to start the year! WOW ! The shooters showed up, braved the wind and were ready to have some fun! The morning event was not too bad, a little windy but it wasnt moving the targets around too much, and the shooters were hot, with Tim Smith and Larry Bilby just putting the smack on the majority of them. The remaining shooters were stacking up right on their heels and everyone was having some fun!

We had some new shooters and a really nice young man that were able to shoot in the morning and they seemed to enjoy it and hoped they could make it back to
get even with some of the birds that escaped, sure was nice to see them.

After Lunch the wind decided it was time to get busy, and that seemed to move the birds around, there was a lot of ducking and diving going on, but once again, Tim and Gary Smith were right on top of them, posting a dual 77, Gary took the tie breaker on station 2 for Event Champion, and again the remaining shooters were stacking up nicely right behind them.

A great big Thank You to Kim Henderson, John Brooker and Pete Johnson for all their help, those guys really took the lead and got things done, THANK YOU!
Thanks to everyone who jumped in and helped load birds and etc., I appreciated the help.

Lastly I would like to thank everyone for coming up and shooting, seeing and listening to you all make it worth the time and effort, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did and I hope that we can do it again.

The next competition shoot will be May 7th, hope to see you there!
