What a great bunch of shooters for the first Sporting Clays shoot of the year! The weather turned out to be a bit of a factor in the morning, we sure could have done without the rain but at least we didnt have the wind and as the day progressed, the weather got at least somewhat better. This was our first go at having 2 events, between which the course was changed. Bob Korzdorfer and Kim Henderson did a wonderful job of setting the 2 courses and changing them between events, I cannot thank those two men enough..Job well done and the targets were great!

The morning course turned out to be the softer course, with the shooters really turning in some nice scores, Steve Nickson was hot all day long, as he took the Hi-gun honors in both events, with Ted Ajax and Chris Boger right on his heels in the morning event. The "C" class shooters must have had something going on between them, as all 3 posted the same scores...now what are the chances of that happening and they were not even on the same squad! Everyone really enjoyed the shoot despite the weather and we sure enjoyed having you all.
